How Your Session Works

1. Quick consultation (5 mins) — Your artist asks a few quick questions — where are you going, what are you wearing, what kind of look do you want? Natural and fresh? Slightly more defined? A specific colour? This takes 5 minutes and ensures the look is right for your occasion.
2. Skin prep (5–10 mins) — Skin is moisturised and primed with a lightweight, non-greasy primer. For oily skin, a mattifying primer controls shine. For dry skin, a hydrating primer adds a dewy base. This step makes the makeup last longer and look more natural.
3. Base makeup (10 mins) — A light to medium coverage foundation is applied and blended for a natural, skin-like finish. Concealer covers any dark circles or blemishes. The goal is even, healthy-looking skin — not a mask.
4. Eye makeup (10 mins) — Soft, wearable eye makeup is applied — a neutral eyeshadow, a thin liner or just mascara, depending on your preference. Brows are groomed and lightly defined. The eye look is designed to be appropriate for daytime and everyday wear.
5. Cheeks & lips (5–10 mins) — A natural blush and subtle highlight add warmth and dimension. Lip colour is applied in a shade that complements your skin tone and the occasion — from a barely-there nude to a soft pink or berry.
6. Setting & finishing (5 mins) — A light setting spray locks the look in place for the day. Your artist does a final check to ensure everything looks fresh, natural and appropriate for your occasion.
