1. Services

H2 Makeup Studio provides professional makeup, hair, skin and nail services at our studios in Mumbai and Chandrapur, Maharashtra. We also sell beauty products online via our website. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Appointments

All appointments must be confirmed with a deposit payment.
Bookings are subject to artist availability and confirmed only upon receipt of deposit.
H2 Makeup Studio reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances with prior notice.
Clients are requested to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service duration.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for both service appointments and product orders.

4. Online Orders

All product orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
H2 Makeup Studio reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier partner.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on h2.makeup including images, text, logos and designs are the property of H2 Makeup Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to misrepresent your identity or provide false information when booking or ordering.
H2 Makeup Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

H2 Makeup Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

8. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Clients are responsible for informing H2 Makeup Studio of any known allergies, skin conditions or sensitivities prior to their appointment. We cannot be held responsible for reactions where prior disclosure was not made.

9. Photography & Social Media

H2 Makeup Studio may photograph completed looks for portfolio and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your artist before your appointment begins.

10. Changes to Terms

H2 Makeup Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
