Appointments

• A deposit is required to confirm all appointments
• Remaining balance is due on the day of service
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: full deposit refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: deposit is non-refundable
• No-shows: deposit is forfeited
• Rescheduling is permitted up to 12 hours before the appointment

Products

• All product sales are subject to our Refund Policy
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities
