Refund Policy

At H2 Makeup Studio, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.

Service Appointments

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling is available up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment at no additional charge.
• No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the deposit paid.
• In the unlikely event that H2 Makeup Studio cancels your appointment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Bridal Packages

• Bridal bookings require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your wedding date.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the wedding date may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date are not eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling of bridal bookings is subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.

Online Product Orders

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, email us at orders@h2.makeup with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
• Products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Membership fees and loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
• Services that have been completed are not eligible for a refund.
