We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance for regular appointments. For bridal bookings, we strongly recommend reaching out at least 2–3 months before your wedding date to secure your preferred slot.

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your appointment. We accept full or partial payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment at the studio.

Yes, rescheduling is available up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please WhatsApp us at +91 90322 23786 to reschedule.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us as early as possible.

Yes — you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation within 1 hour of completing your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation, please WhatsApp us directly.

We offer a full range of professional makeup services including Bridal Makeup, HD Makeup, Airbrush Makeup, Party Makeup, Hair Cut & Styling, Hair Colour & Highlights, Keratin Treatment, Hydra Facial and Nail Art & Manicure.

HD Makeup uses high-definition products applied with brushes for a flawless, camera-ready finish. Airbrush Makeup uses a spray gun to apply ultra-fine layers of foundation for a weightless, long-lasting finish that photographs beautifully. Both are available at H2 Makeup Studio.

Yes — we use only premium, professional-grade makeup and hair products that are safe, long-lasting and suitable for all skin types. We do not compromise on product quality.

Absolutely. Our certified artists are trained to work with all skin tones and undertones. We carry a wide range of shades to ensure a perfect match for every client.

We offer three bridal packages — Classic Bridal (from ₹15,000), Luxury Bridal (from ₹25,000) and Elite Bridal (on request). Each package includes different levels of coverage, trial sessions and additional services. Visit our Bridal Studio page for full details.

Yes — our Luxury and Elite Bridal packages include trial sessions conducted at least 2 weeks before your wedding day. The Classic package can add a trial session at an additional cost.

Yes, on-location services are available with our Elite Bridal package. We cover Mumbai, Chandrapur and surrounding areas in Maharashtra. Travel charges may apply for distant locations. WhatsApp us to discuss your requirements.

Yes — our Elite Bridal package covers all wedding functions including Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi and the Wedding Day. Custom multi-function packages can also be arranged on request.
