How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your bridal package at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season. For bridal consultations, we suggest reaching out at least 3 months before your wedding date.
Is a trial session included?
Yes — our Luxury and Elite Bridal packages include trial sessions. The trial is conducted at least 2 weeks before your wedding day so we can refine the look to perfection.
Do you offer on-location services?
Yes, our Elite Bridal package includes on-location artist services. We cover Mumbai, Chandrapur and surrounding areas in Maharashtra. Travel charges may apply for distant locations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. A deposit is required to confirm your bridal booking. Please WhatsApp us for any rescheduling requests.
Do you cover all wedding functions?
Our Elite Bridal package covers all functions including Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi and the Wedding Day. Custom packages can also be arranged — WhatsApp us to discuss your requirements.
