How Your Session Works

1. Look consultation (10 mins) — Your artist begins with a quick but thorough consultation. Share your outfit colour, the venue (indoor or outdoor), the time of day and any reference images you love. This ensures the look is designed to complement everything about your evening — not just your face.
2. Skin prep (10 mins) — Skin is cleansed and primed with products matched to your skin type. For oily skin, a mattifying primer is used. For dry skin, a hydrating primer creates a dewy base. This step is what makes the makeup last through dancing, dining and late-night celebrations.
3. Base makeup (10–15 mins) — Foundation is applied and blended for a seamless finish. Concealer covers any blemishes or dark circles. Contour defines your cheekbones and jawline. Blush adds warmth and dimension. Highlight catches the light on the high points of your face.
4. Eye makeup (15–20 mins) — This is where the drama happens. Your artist creates your chosen eye look — whether it’s a classic smoky eye, a bold cut crease, a graphic liner or a soft shimmer look. Lashes are applied for added impact and dimension.
5. Lips (5 mins) — Lip liner defines the shape. Lipstick or gloss is applied in a shade chosen to balance the eye look — bold eyes with a nude lip, or a statement lip with a softer eye. Your artist will recommend the combination that works best for your overall look.
6. Setting & finishing (5 mins) — A long-lasting setting spray locks the completed look in place. Your artist does a final check under different lighting to ensure the look is flawless from every angle.
