How Your Spa Experience Works

1. Welcome & consultation (5–10 mins) — Your therapist welcomes you and takes a few minutes to understand your preferences — pressure level for the massage (light, medium or firm), any areas of tension or sensitivity, and your preferred aromatherapy scent. This ensures the entire 90 minutes is tailored to exactly what your body needs today.
2. Full body exfoliation scrub (20–25 mins) — The treatment begins with a full body exfoliation using a premium body scrub matched to your skin type. Your therapist works in circular motions from the feet upward, removing dead skin cells, smoothing rough patches on elbows, knees and heels, and stimulating circulation. The scrub is then removed with warm towels, leaving skin immediately softer and more receptive to the treatments that follow.
3. Nourishing body wrap (15–20 mins) — A warm, nourishing body mask or wrap is applied to the skin and you are cocooned in warm towels or a thermal blanket. The mask works to deeply hydrate, brighten and condition the skin while you rest. This is the most deeply relaxing phase of the treatment — many clients fall asleep during this step.
4. Relaxation massage (30–35 mins) — After the wrap is removed, your therapist performs a full body relaxation massage using premium massage oil infused with your chosen aromatherapy blend. Long, flowing strokes release surface tension. Deeper kneading techniques work into the shoulders, back and legs where stress accumulates. The massage is designed to restore circulation, release muscle tension and induce a state of complete calm.
5. Moisturising body butter application (10 mins) — A rich, nourishing body butter is massaged into the skin from head to toe, sealing in the hydration from the wrap and leaving the skin with a lasting softness and glow. Special attention is given to dry areas — elbows, knees, heels and hands.
6. Aromatherapy & hot towel finish (5–10 mins) — The treatment concludes with a warm aromatherapy compress applied to the face and neck, and a final hot towel finish. You are given a few minutes to rest before returning to the world — completely relaxed, deeply nourished and ready for whatever comes next.
