How Your Nail Session Works

1. Design consultation (10 mins) — Your nail artist begins with a design consultation. Share your outfit colour, jewellery style and any reference images. Whether you want a classic French tip, a subtle shimmer, a bold colour or an intricate hand-painted bridal design, your artist will recommend the design that best complements your overall look and photographs beautifully.
2. Hand soak & prep (10 mins) — Your hands are soaked in a warm, nourishing solution to soften the skin and cuticles. Cuticles are gently pushed back and any excess removed. This step ensures the nail bed is clean and smooth for perfect product adhesion.
3. Nail shaping (5–10 mins) — Nails are filed and shaped to your preferred style — square, round, oval, almond or coffin. Your artist will recommend the shape that best suits your finger length and the design you’ve chosen. A light buff smooths the nail surface for an even base.
4. Base coat application (5 mins) — A bonding base coat is applied to each nail and cured under UV light. This step is critical for adhesion and longevity — it prevents lifting and ensures the gel colour bonds perfectly to the nail.
5. Colour & gel application (15–20 mins) — Your chosen gel colour is applied in thin, even layers, with each layer cured under UV light before the next is applied. Thin layers are always better than thick ones — they cure more evenly and last longer without chipping or lifting.
6. Custom nail art (15–25 mins) — Your nail artist hand-paints your chosen design using fine nail art brushes, dotting tools and nail art gels. Whether it’s delicate gold foiling, hand-painted florals, geometric patterns or intricate bridal motifs, each nail is treated as a miniature canvas. This is where the artistry happens.
7. Top coat & UV seal (10 mins) — A high-gloss gel top coat is applied over the completed design and cured under UV light. This seals the art, adds depth and shine, and protects the design for 2–3 weeks of wear without chipping.
8. Finishing & cuticle oil (5 mins) — Cuticle oil is massaged into the nail beds and surrounding skin for a polished, healthy finish. Your artist does a final check of every nail before you leave.
