How Your Hydra Facial Works

1. Skin assessment (5–10 mins) — Your therapist begins with a quick skin assessment to identify your primary concerns — dullness, dehydration, congestion, pigmentation or fine lines. This determines which booster serums will be used in your infusion step, making the treatment fully personalised to your skin on the day.
2. Deep cleansing & vortex exfoliation (15 mins) — The Hydra Facial device uses a patented vortex technology to simultaneously cleanse and exfoliate the skin.
