How Your Session Works

1. Colour consultation (15–20 mins) — Your colour specialist begins with a thorough consultation. We analyse your skin undertone (warm, cool or neutral), your natural hair base, previous colour history and your lifestyle. We’ll look at reference images together and set realistic expectations for your first session — great colour is often a journey, not a single appointment.
2. Strand test & formula mixing (10 mins) — A strand test is performed if you have previously coloured hair or are making a significant change. Your bespoke colour formula is then mixed fresh for your specific hair.
3. Application (45–90 mins) — Depending on your chosen service — global colour, balayage or foil highlights — your specialist applies the formula with precision. Balayage is painted freehand for a natural, sun-kissed effect. Foil highlights are placed strategically to frame your face and add dimension.
4. Processing time (20–45 mins) — Your colour processes under controlled conditions. Your specialist monitors the development throughout to ensure the result matches your consultation goals.
5. Rinse & toning (15–20 mins) — Colour is rinsed thoroughly and a toner or gloss is applied to neutralise unwanted tones, add shine and seal the cuticle. This step is what separates a good colour from a great one.
6. Blow-dry & reveal (20–30 mins) — Your hair is blow-dried and styled so you can see the full, finished result. Your specialist will walk you through your personalised after-care routine — the right shampoo, conditioner and treatment to keep your colour vibrant for longer.
