How Group Bookings Work

1. Group booking consultation — Share your event details — the occasion, number of people, time available and the overall look you want. H2 assigns the right number of artists to ensure everyone is ready on time. A schedule is created and shared in advance so the day runs smoothly.
2. Look briefing — The lead artist briefs the team on the overall aesthetic — natural and fresh, polished glam or bold and dramatic. Individual preferences are noted for each person. The goal is a cohesive group look where everyone looks great together and individually.
3. Efficient team application — Multiple H2 artists work simultaneously across the group. Each person receives a complete makeup application — base, eyes, cheeks and lips — delivered efficiently without sacrificing quality. Our artists are trained to work quickly under event conditions.
4. Final group check — The lead artist does a final walkthrough of the group before the event begins, making any last touch-ups and ensuring everyone is camera-ready and confident.
